Kläger Plastik is a recognized name for production of plastic sprayers in Germany. Kläger Plastik has over 40 years’ experience in plastics processing, and has invested in 2016 in a fully automated production line. This installation is made with a main ring in DN50 (length 180 m) with drops to the machines in DN25. Compressed air is used for plastic injection moulding machines. Kläger Plastik has replaced its old galvanized steel network by AIRpipe aluminium to optimize the layout of the network with new machines, to reduce the overall pressure drop and to have the flexibility to modify the compressed air network according to future needs. Kläger Plastik is very satisfied with the ease of installation and the performance of the AIRpipe technology.
